No insurer shall accept the insurance risk until the amount of the insurance fee to be taken while doing any kind of insurance business is received. The insurer will be deemed to have insured only after receiving the insurance fee amount for assuming the risk. However, in case of practical difficulty in paying the lump sum due to any reason, this clause shall not be deemed to impose any restriction on issuing an insurance article under the guarantee of the bank or the government of Nepal by setting a period in relation to the payment of the remaining amount.
